Jacqui Barnes is Head of People & Growth at Laing+Simmons and is widely recognised for her work in developing high-performing real estate businesses and people.

Jacqui works closely with business owners and agents to establish, grow, and strengthen their businesses, supporting them through business planning, leadership development, and performance strategy. Through this work, Jacqui has developed deep insight into the factors that influence career progression, leadership, and long-term success in real estate.

Jacqui is the creator of the Women in Real Estate Insights (WIRE) Survey, a national research initiative designed to capture the real experiences of women in the industry. The research will inform a published report aimed at identifying what supports female performance and progression, and where stronger pathways into leadership and business ownership can be created.

She is a regular contributor to industry conversations on leadership, performance, and career progression, and is passionate about helping more women build sustainable, successful careers in real estate.
