Alana de Gee is a seasoned product and technology leader with nearly a decade of experience driving innovation in the property technology sector. She began her career in hands-on engineering roles after completing a Bachelor of Engineering and a Bachelor of Business in Queensland, where she led the development of Move Me In, a market-leading utilities connections platform that simplifies the moving process for Australians.

Today, Alana serves as a Head of Product at Reapit, where she leads strategic initiatives that transform how real estate professionals operate, helping clients embrace technology to work smarter and grow their businesses.

Based in Brisbane, Alana is also a mum of two young children and a passionate advocate for women in tech. She believes it’s possible to “have both” — to excel professionally while maintaining a fulfilling personal life. Alana is passionate about sharing knowledge and empowering young professionals, having taught at universities and supported the Brisbane tech community. She is also a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, equipping her with strategic insights and governance expertise that inform her leadership.
