She works closely with business owners and agents to establish, grow, and strengthen their businesses, supporting them through business planning, leadership development, and performance strategy. Through this work, Jacqui has developed deep insight into the factors that influence career progression, leadership, and long-term success in real estate.
Jacqui is the creator of the Women in Real Estate Insights (WIRE) Survey, a national research initiative designed to capture the real experiences of women in the industry. The research will inform a published report aimed at identifying what supports female performance and progression, and where stronger pathways into leadership and business ownership can be created.
She is passionate about helping more women build sustainable, successful careers and contributing to a stronger, more inclusive future for the real estate industry.
